Starting out with a hard-knock childhood in war-era England, Ken forged his own path, setting out to the other side of the world in New Zealand, where he eventually established a thriving business in the rural surrounds of Waikino in the Karangahake Gorge.
Despite impressive exploits in business and manufacturing, Ken is probably best known for his love of cars – especially high-performance machines. This passion flourished into the Woodland Park Transport Museum – a collection of over 100 vehicles.
